Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products – No Returns
All our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means that once your order is placed, it is custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match your order.

48-Hour Cancellation Window
We allow a 48-hour cancellation period after placing your order. During this time, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. After 48 hours, the printing process begins, and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
